Ingredients:
a. bean sprouts
b. onions Lekiu
c. mustard sauce
d. pineapple
e. cucumber
f. Jicama
g. carrots
h. fried chips
i. roasted peanut

Spices:
a. dried shrimp
b. Red pepper and a little chili
c. brown sugar
d. acidic water
e. garlic
f. vinegar
g. soy sauce
h. MSG
i. salt to taste
How to Make it:
- Shrimp dry roasted, then ground smooth
- Chilli and garlic pulverized
